- $250,000,000 has been distributed to schools and youth groups by escript since 1999. It is a very simple fundraiser that works and keeps on working. A set percentage of all purchases by escript members is given to the member selected school program by the member merchants. People just make normal purchases.

- Everything is free. Local group members post gifts and needs. Recipients pick up gifts. Post what you need for free and see if you get it. Many businesses participate. This works.
- Recycling cell phones, ink cartridges, batteries, etc. is simple when good promotional materials are provided free, the Fed Ex shipping is pre-paid, and no sorting is required. 40,000 schools, churches, etc. have used this program since 2001.
